Matias Nielsen was born 28th of July in 1999, in Denmark. Nowadays he lives in a small town Smidstrup, on the outskirts of Vejle, on his homeland. His adventure with speedway started when he was a four-year-old boy. He began with motorcycles with engine capacity 50 cm3. In the age of nine Matias changed his motorbikes for higher capacity: 80 cm3. After the age of sixteen, he started to ride with adults on motorbikes with engine capacity 500 cm3.

Matias got his first motorcycle from his grandfather, it was a present for Easter. It was a very nice surprise for him. He was very glad, when he got a speedway motorbike instead of traditional Easter egg, as a holiday present. That was the biginning of his adventure with speedway.
